Butterscotch-Chip Cookies

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup (soft) butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups butterscotch chocolate chips

METHOD:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Mix together butter with brown and white sugar.
  3. Add 2 tsp of water to the baking soda and stir.
  4. Add the eggs, vanilla, salt, and baking soda mixture.
  5. Sift in the flour and stir.
  6. Add chocolate chips and stir.
  7. Drop large spoonfuls onto un-greased baking sheet.
  8. Cook 10-12 mins.
  9. Let cookies cool on rack or newspaper.
